Howdy everybody, I have started a new section on Training, As you can see it's titled "Training Plans". I will later divide it into 4 categories, Running, Cycling, Swimming and Other (transitions, cross training and weight lifting). I thought it would be great for me (and hopefully some of you can learn a little something from this story too) to start this one with a little history of my own Running experience. Tune in, it will be here shortly and from that point on I will try to log in my workouts for you to see on a regular basis too. Gabi
